A standout center midfielder from St. Charles, IL, McKenna brings skill, vision, and a passion for the game that fits perfectly with our More Than a Soccer Club philosophy. A product of the University of Illinois Springfield, she’s no stranger to high-level competition and is ready to make her mark in DeKalb County this summer.
For McKenna, DKCU is more than just a place to play. "I joined DKCU to get the opportunity to play with my friends again while challenging myself to improve and be part of a supportive community," she shared.
With her love for fast, technical play (and an appreciation for both fast food and healthy fuel), McKenna is ready to make an impact in the heart of the DKCU midfield. Off the field, she’s got big goals—like one day spoiling her grand kids and checking "learn piano" off her bucket list.
Before all that, though, she’s set to run the show for DKCU this summer. Get ready, DeKalb County—McKenna Gahagan is here to boss the midfield!
