DKCU fans, get ready to welcome a midfield maestro to our squad! We’re beyond thrilled to announce that Jasmin Capilla is bringing her attacking flair to DeKalb County United for the 2025 season!
Hailing from Sterling, Ready to Shine in DeKalb!
Jasmin, a Sterling, IL native, sharpened her skills at Sterling High School before continuing her soccer journey at Black Hawk College. With a relentless drive and a playmaker’s vision, she’s set to electrify the pitch in DKCU green and gold.
Why DKCU?
For Jasmin, it’s all about the competitive edge. “DKCU has a competitive vibe, and I wanna level up my game!” she said. That’s exactly the energy we love to see!
More Than Just Soccer
Off the field, Jasmin dreams big—skydiving is next on her bucket list. When she’s not setting up goals, she enjoys small gatherings, health food, and a refreshing Pepsi over Coke (we won’t judge… much).
What’s Next?
At 80, Jasmin wants to look back knowing she made an impact where it mattered most. But for now, she’s focused on making a statement in the 2025 DKCU season. And we can’t wait to see it happen!
